This is the first configuration, or the first world where the emanated lights were formed into ten straight Sephirot.
One of the names of G-od, represented by the Sephira Malkhut. It is also the feminine representation of His presence.

Backside – Behind
In general, it represents rigor.
Name also used for the other side or negative force.

Partsuf Imah – Mother
One of the five main configurations. It is the Sephira Binah.
World of Emanation
It is the highest of the four worlds, above the worlds of Beriah, Yetsirah and ‘Asiah. From Atsilut unfolded all the lower worlds, which are the source of existence for the physical worlds.

From the first configuration, Adam Kadmon (Primordial man), emanations made the four lower worlds.
The first world is Atsilut-the world of emanation. Under the partition of Atsilut is the world of Beriah (creation) – the world of the Neshamot (souls). Under the partition of Beriah is the world of Yetsirah (formation) – the world of the angels. Under the partition of Yetsirah is the world of Asiah (action) – the physical world.
Rabbi Its’hak Luria Ashkenazi
Born in Jerusalem in 1534, died in 1572 in Tsfat, Israel.
He was the leading Kabbalist in Tsfat. He explained and clarified all the main concepts of the Kabbalah. He is the author of the “Ets ‘Haim”.

Partsuf- Long countenance
It is the main Partsuf (configuration) in each world. All the other Partsufim are his “branches”.

Keter, ‘Hokhma, Binah
By placing boundaries upon His light, the Creator revealed the concepts of rigor and limit needed by the created beings, and gave a space for all the created to exist.
The outcome of His light, once filtered by the Sephira Gevurah, emanates rigor. Rigor is mostly manifested by all the feminine aspects as the name of BaN (52), the Sephira Gevurah, and by all the concealments of the masculine aspects that represent bounty.

Numerical values of the letters
Each letter has its own numerical value. The fact that some words have the same numerical value is not just coincidence, but denotes a similarity or complementarity.
The Tikun of the soul is realized by the Gilgul (reincarnation), and by the ‘Ibur (attachment). The Gilgul is the reincarnation of a soul from the time of birth until death.

Evolution – Chain of events
In the Kabbalah, the Hishtalshelut is the chain of events starting from the first act of G-od in this creation, which is the “Tsimtsum” (retraction), until the complex arrangements that make the guidance of the worlds.

Each one of the 613 Mitsvot corresponds to one of the 613 veins and bones of man and to one of the 613 parts of his soul.
Kabbalist – Accepted
A Mekubal is a person who is accepted to receive this knowledge, and is able to hold it by living in the path of Torah and rightness to strengthen himself constantly.

The order of the prayers is based on the systems of ascension of the
worlds, as explained in the Kabbalah. The purpose of this ascension of the worlds is to provoke a union between the masculine and feminine configurations of each world, that they might bestow positive energies as a result of this harmony.
